About Me
Brittanie Holt RN, CFCS, owner
For six years of my nursing career I worked as a bedside nurse, caring for patients from all walks of life, most with serious chronic medical conditions. I noticed a lack of routine foot care among some of the most vulnerable patient populations. Those with chronic conditions such as diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, and venous insufficiency, as well as the elderly and those with declining mobility are at the greatest risk for poor outcomes due to lack of foot care. Overgrown toenails, corns, and calluses can cause increased pain and mobility issues and can lead to more serious consequences.
After realizing that there was a huge need for routine affordable foot care in my community I decided to pursue additional training and became certified through the American Foot Care Nurses Association as a Certified Foot Care Specialist. I am thrilled to be able to offer my expertise in routine and high risk foot care via in-home visits and as of September 2023 have seen well over 200 clients for their foot care needs.
I value the relationships I build with my clients and enjoy providing high quality compassionate care. As a registered nurse, I believe in treating the whole person, not just their feet. I have seen the difference that routine foot care has made for my clients. When your feet feel good, you feel good and that is why I am 100% committed to providing the best care I can while still keeping my services affordable.
